Having tried the services of several carpet cleaning companies over the years, we have been completely satisfied with the wonderful staff at Accolade Chem Dry.  Not only do we have a full household, but we have several pets, not the least of which is a Basset Hound with an affinity for chocolate.  Nick has performed miracles on stains which we felt sure could not be lifted, and Fran with her pleasant and courteous manner, always finds a way to help us out in emergencies.  Our carpets remain beautiful with the consistent and professional care that we have received. We have used various well known carpet steam cleaning companies as well as a store bought rug cleaner with less than desirable results.  Then, a friend recommended Accolade Chem-Dry.  Since the first time we used Accolade we have been extremely satisfied and a loyal customer for about 7 years.  The carpets always look brand new when finished.  They also have a spot stain remover that is the best we have ever used and purchase at least two cans with each visit.  We highly recommend Accolade Chem-Dry and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.
