From changing oil in the vans to assisting on jobs, he has worked in almost every capacity from a young teenager. He has been technician manager and marketing director for four years and has taken certification for the IICRC. He is our tile specialist and has trained all of our current techs. He and Brooke Ernst are married with a beautiful daughter Mia, age 5. They love entertaining their friends and family at their home and playing with their four year old boxer Xander. Nick is the nephew to owner Kevin Eldridge. |

life are her relationship with Jesus Christ and her family. She is the
mother/mother-in-law to Kim & Kevin Eldridge, and the beautiful
children in all the ads are her wonderful grandchildren. |
  | Brooke Ernst

She has served as office manager and is currently the head of outside sales and marketing. Brooke has experience as an administrative assistant with Realtors and for Trenwa Inc. Her passion is music and has been playing the violin and
singing for over 13 years. She is active in her church music ministry and loves
to use her talent for business as well.

 | Kathy DavisGeneral Manager I have recently taken the role of General Manager, I love people, and still enjoy the contact I have with customers on a daily basis. I took two years off to care for my husband’s Grandmother until the Lord took her home at 92. Before that I worked for three years as a customer service representative enjoying every moment of talking with customers taking their orders. I especially love having the freedom at Accolade to give a word of encouragement and being allowed to pray with anyone that has a need whether it be a team member or a customer. |

He is our leather specialist and has extensive background in carpentry and construction. He plays the drums and loves to hunt. His father is the music minister at
Brooke and Nick's church. Their families are long time friends.

He is our resident handyman/ mechanic who takes care of maintenance for our vans and handles equipment repairs. Nick and Jay and their families are
long time friends. His mother Sandy has also worked for the company. He is
engaged to be married to his fiancé Brittney and has a passion for cars.
